Moustache March, a fund-raising initiative held by the Icelandic Cancer Society to raise awareness about testicular cancer, is being held for the third time. The Cancer Society is planning on raising ISK 35 million (EUR 200,000/USD 275,000) this March.

Ragnheiður Haraldsdóttir, Director of the Cancer Society, told ruv.isthat they will start by collecting pledges on the internet but people have also created products on their own initiative for sale for the cause. Various entertainment and events will be held throughout the month.
