An exhibition of black and white landscape photographs by Haraldur Þór Stefánsson will be held in Gerðarsafn-museum in the town of Kópavogur next month. This is Haraldur’s first exhibition and he has named it “Kæra Ísland” or “Precious Iceland”, mbl.is reports.
The musical “Les Misérables” was premiered at the National Theatre of Iceland last Saturday. This is the second time that the musical is performed at the National Theatre. Despite the complexity of the piece, director Selma Björnsdóttir told ruv.is minutes before the opening performance that she was calm and relaxed.
