bjork-biophilia A workshop based on Icelandic singer-songwriter Björk’s Biophilia project will be established in the New York Hall of Science in Queens next month to teach elementary school students how music and science can be integrated.

Such a workshop was first established in Reykjavík in connection with Björk’s Biophilia concert series in Harpa last autumn, Fréttablaðið reports.

The students will write their own songs using a special app designed by Björk for her Biophilia album.

However, Björk will not teach the kids in person as she will be busy performing six concerts in New York at the same time.
