A man, who is in his twenties, suffered a skull fracture and slight bleeding to the brain when he drove his ski-doo off a ten-meter high cascade on Mosfellsheiði, a heath in the capital region, yesterday.
The photo is not related to the story. By Páll Stefánsson. However, an ER physician at the Landspítali national hospital in Reykjavík, told Morgunblaðið that the consequences of the fall were not as serious as originally thought. According to visir.is, his condition is not life-threatening. The man and his friend were driving ski-doos on the heath when the accident occurred. It is believed that he fell 20 meters after driving off the cascade. iceland
