Among practitioners of Kundalini yoga, the 11.11.11 is celebrated with yoga-related events and concerts widely around the world. According to yogic theory that day marks the dawning of the Age of Aquarius, a press release states.
The festival’s program includes yoga practice in water, meditation, a mantra concert, walking meditation and a Kundalini yoga session at the procedure of Yogi Bhajan.
The price for all four events is ISK 2,500 (USD 22, EUR 16). A dinner (vegetable soup, salad bar and bread) on November 11 can be ordered for the same price. Those interested are asked to register by November 9 by calling (+354) 862-3700 or (+354) 851-5215.
All are welcome, both beginners and advanced yoga practitioners.
