Icelandic singer-songwriter Hafdís Huld will make her first solo trip to the USA in early May with her North American label, OK! Good Records.

First, she will perform at a showcase at the international music conference MusExpo in Los Angeles before flying to New York to promote her second album Synchronised Swimmers through a series of appearances, as stated on icelandicmusic.is. The album was released in 2010 and licensed to independent labels across Europe and the USA. Produced by French Grammy award-winning producer Calum MacColl and Alisdair Wright, the album earned Hafdís Huld three Icelandic number one singles and raised her profile worldwide.
